These are my feet - do they look weird? It is a little awkward when you bend forward to take your own picture of your legs...

I wish I was the person to answer fashion advice questions, but sadly, living on the east coast changes things! I don't think I could pull it off due to my high vertical stature (alright so I'm freakishly tall!) but it looks very cute on you! Love the tiny ankles!
It's true you're an attractive one so you're always lookin smokin--truth is it's a don't from a dude perspective--capri pants always look like highwaters to me, especially on tall girls. If it's hot wear some shorts. Then again it's AZ so I'm sure you get sick of shorts and maybe they have different rules there. This is where I'm probably way too honest. :) Like I said, if you're attractive you can wear a potatoe sack.

I like the jeans rolled up for transitioning...and did so last spring...BUT when it is still hot I cannot put on jeans. I melt. The weather needs to get WAY below 100 - more like 70s for me to get jeans on like that:) Do you not die from heat in the 90s? I just got home from Disc. King tonight and it was a serious scorcher today. I would look at people with long hair, specifically one lady who's hair was frizzy and it made me sweat more just thinking about the hair claustrophobia! Then there was the girl who had on a cardigan. She looked cute and had on short shorts, but the cardigan would have made me soooo hot! Your feet look great:)
I think they look cute! I have broken out the jeans a couple of times this week, too. It's funny that 90 degrees seems cool enough for that, but somehow it does! Bring on the Fall!!
